Assuming that you provide any false, inaccurate or incomplete information or, if Yumiwi considers that there are reasons for doubting the veracity, accuracy and integrity of the information provided, Yumiwi may deny your access to present or future use of the Platform or any content and services.

      3. Respond to questions/ queries of the clients in relation to their requests and interact with them.

    • Purpose: Answer your request for information, questions or doubts, as well as respond to requests. In case of receiving your curriculum, your personal and curricular data will be part of our database in order to participate in our present and future hiring processes.
    • Legitimation: The user´s consent to request information through our email address or send us your information and CV to participate in hiring processes.
    • Conservation: Once your request is answered by email, if you have not generated a new treatment. In case of receiving your CV, your data will maximum stored for a year for future hiring processes.
  • INSTANT MESSAGING SERVICE.You have an instant internal messaging service to communicate directly with Yumiwi. You will be able to communicate and type of information, including personal data, for which Yumiwi will be responsible if necessary
    • Purpose: The personal data that you provide in this chat can be treated and consulted by Yumiwi in order to respond to your requests and send you the required information.
    • Legitimation:The users consent once requesting information through our instant messaging service.
    • Conservation: Once the request is resolved, and you haven’t generated a new treatment.

Obligation of providing us your personal data and consequences of not doing so.

The provision of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years, or the sufficient legal capacity to contract.

The personal information requested is necessary to manage your requests and/ or to provide any kind of services you contract, consequently, if not providing them, we can’t serve you correctly or provide you the service requested.
